New Church Information
NTLTC provides a convention experience for
students 3rd through 12th grades affliated with the Churches of Christ. The students prepare at their home congregations.
The convention provides a showcase for the student's work.
Here is some information you may find helpful:
- The student registration process is all done online
- Each church has a three digit ID number
- The Student Registration Fee is $30 if the student is on the Regisrtation Portal by March 6, 2009
- The Student Registration Fee is $35 if the student is added to the Regisrtation Portal after March 6, 2009
- There is not a fee for adults or observers
- Each student receives an award plaque and a t-shirt as part of registration
- Your registration payment should be postmarked no later than March 6, 2009
- Hotel reservations are made through the NTLTC office as a church group

When you have decided to attend the North
Texas LTC Convention, fill out the following form and mail it to the NTLTC Office:

After we receive this form, you will be sent a three
digit church number and password so that you may access the Registration
Portal.
Important Dates for 2009
- February 24 – Two night hotel reservations begin
- February 27 – One night hotel reservations begin
- March 6 – Student Registration, Scholarship Application and Preconvention due date – postmarked by this date: your student registration payment to the NTLTC office, submit scholarship application to the correct place and submit all Preconvention events to the correct event coordinator
- March 27 – All Hotel Reservations transferred to the hotels
- March 30 – Student Registration Correction deadline and 100% refund deadline (Please note that the Portal will close at 1 pm sharp you will not be able to make changes after this point. Please contact the event coordinator at your site)
- April 3 – NTLTC office closes at 12 noon
- April 10 - 12 - 2009 Convention
- April 16 – NTLTC office reopens at 10 am
- May 4 – Awards Correction deadline
