February 18 – One night hotel reservations begin
February 26 – Student Registration, Scholarship Application and Preconvention due date. Please postmark by this date: your student registration payment to the NTLTC office, submit scholarship applications and submit all Preconvention events to the correct event coordinator
March 12 – Noon on this day is the deadline to submit hotel changes through the NTLTC Office
March 13 - 18 – There is no changes to hotel reservation during this time
March 19 – All Hotel Reservations transferred to the hotels
March 22 – Student Registration Correction deadline and 100% refund deadline (The Portal will close at 11 am)
March 26 – NTLTC office closes at 12 noon
April 2 - 4 – 2009 Convention
April 8 – NTLTC office reopens at 10 am
April 19 – Awards Correction deadline
