• February 24 – Two night hotel reservations begin.
• February 27 – One night hotel reservations begin.
• March 6 – Student Registration, Scholarship Application and Preconvention deadline – by this date complete the following:
• Postmark your student registration payment to the NTLTC office.
• Submit scholarship applications.
• Submit all Preconvention events to the correct event coordinator.
• Last day to register students for the Student Fee of $30. After this date you may add students, but the fee will be $35 per student.   
• March 27 – All Hotel reservations and changes now handled by the hotel.
• March 30 – Student Registration Correction deadline and 100% refund deadline (Please note that the Portal will close at 1 pm sharp you will not be able to make changes after this point. Please email the event coordinator at your site to drop teams or individuals from individual events). After 1 pm March 30 the refund for dropped students is 50%.
• April 3 – NTLTC office closes at 12 pm.
• April 10, 11, 12 – 2009 Convention.
• April 16 – NTLTC office reopens at 10 am.
• May 4 – Awards Correction deadline.
